Leadership Development for Lasting Impact
At the Northeast Florida Baptist Family of Churches, we are committed to fostering strong, spiritually grounded leaders through our Found Faithful Framework. This structured approach ensures that leaders in Christian ministries, the marketplace, and other vocational areas maintain a steadfast focus on their personal and spiritual growth.

Meeting Structure and Frequency
Our Learning Communities are designed to foster meaningful connections, celebrate successes, and provide valuable coaching in a structured yet flexible format. Each meeting will consist of five key components:
Connect (5-10 Minutes): Begin each session by connecting with your group members. This time is for sharing updates, building relationships, and setting the tone for the meeting.
Celebrate (5 Minutes): Take a moment to celebrate recent achievements and milestones. Recognizing successes helps to build a positive and motivating environment.
Coach (30-45 Minutes): The core of our meeting, this segment is dedicated to focused coaching. You will engage in discussions and activities that enhance your leadership skills and address specific development areas.
Communicate (1-2 Minutes): Use this time for brief updates and essential communications. This ensures everyone is on the same page and aware of important information.
Care (10-15 Minutes): Conclude each meeting by addressing any personal or professional concerns. This segment is about providing support and ensuring the well-being of all group members.
Meeting Frequency: Learning Communities will meet together in triplets once every two weeks for 12 weeks. This regular interaction helps maintain momentum and provides consistent support and accountability.
Growth Plan Debrief: At the end of the 12 weeks, each group will participate in a Growth Plan debrief. This session will allow you to reflect on your journey, assess progress, and discuss additional opportunities for growth. You will also explore the potential for creating another learning community to continue your development.
