A visionary leader with a robust background in church consulting and pastoral ministry, Chris excels at crafting strategic solutions that foster organizational growth and spiritual development. He is passionate about uniting churches around kingdom-building principles, emphasizing contextual flourishing and disciple-making for the glory of God.

Daniel comes to us with a rich background in pastoral ministry, having led and contributed to the growth of multiple church plants with grace and resilience. His experiences have equipped him with a deep understanding of the joys and challenges that come with shepherding a congregation, especially through seasons of change and growth. Daniel's heart for the Gospel, combined with his passion for supporting pastors and congregations, makes him an invaluable addition to our team.

Ken’s journey in ministry is both rich and diverse, having served churches across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida, and dedicating over a decade to the Florida Baptist Convention. Though he retired in 2006 with plans for a quiet life filled with travel and woodworking, God called him back into a life of service. In his retirement, Ken has not slowed down but rather embraced roles as an interim pastor, consultant, and author, contributing significantly to the life of the church.

David brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for the Church's mission, having served in various capacities including Church Engagement Director with an International Organization, Church Planter, Teaching Pastor, and Regional Manager with Compassion International. His academic journey through LU and SBTS, coupled with practical ministry roles at Answers in Genesis, has equipped him with a unique blend of skills and insights that will be invaluable to our Family of Churches.
