Launch of the Found Faithful Framework Pilot Program

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Found Faithful Framework pilot program this September. This innovative initiative aims to support and develop the leadership skills of 12 carefully selected pastors and staff team members, including both full-time and bi-vocational leaders. Unlike traditional theological studies or one-size-fits-all development programs, the Found Faithful Framework offers a personalized approach to leadership growth.

About the Program

The Found Faithful Framework is designed to help church leaders create their own personal growth plans, each targeting a specific area for development. This approach emphasizes focused growth, encouraging leaders to concentrate on one area for 12 consecutive weeks. By meeting every two weeks, leaders can build a greater level of unconscious competence in their chosen area.

Personalized Growth Plans

Each leader's growth plan is tailored to their existing competency level in a specific area, whether they are learning, growing, or mastering that skill. This personalized approach ensures that leaders are continually challenged and stretched, regardless of their personal circumstances or education level.

Hone your skills and build a higher level of unconscious competence, one step at a time

Four Major Competency Categories

The program focuses on four major categories of competencies:

  1. Developing: Skills needed to help others maximize who God has designed them to be.

  2. Influencing: Skills needed to help others buy into the work God is doing in the church.

  3. Executing: Skills needed to ensure God-given priorities move forward in a timely, accurate fashion.

  4. Managing Self: Skills needed to be a healthy and focused leader.

Structure and Accountability

Leaders will work in groups of three (triplets), meeting every two weeks to share their progress and hold each other accountable. This structure fosters stronger conversations and personal accountability, as each leader shares their growth plan with their peers.

Limited Launch with Expansion Plans

We are initially limiting the pilot program to 12 participants (four triplets) during the fall semester, with plans to expand the number of participants in the Spring of 2025 (Sign up to receive more details). This exclusive opportunity is currently available to Family Churches and Partner Churches.
